We did lots of cardio specially when Amen suggested " Lets do a full court " It was a blast and humid.
Knockout moves like Klay Thompson. Every shot was in but his comments was " I'm out of breath " That was a lie. He can play ball.
Zare was a beastmode. standing at 6'4, fast and he likes to dunk. make sure to get out his way.
Amen loves cardio. I'm glad you made to Saturday workout.
