- Q saved SSH for late in the warm up to make sure Clark was there for it, but didn't matter today, he was there early!

- Closer was a zombie for a few minutes, but then woke up and got into beast mode
- 2.0 were pretty solid today
- ?burpees somehow kept creeping into my workout against my wishes (during drill sgt), finally declared law (no burpees allowed in Mary!)
- was chilly today back down in the freezing mark, I believe it was around 30 when we started.

Guys, I sat in a sermon several weeks ago that slapped me in the face! And I have been dying to deliver this reflection, so please take the time to read this one!
Reflection:
Live on Mission for Jesus!
The world is falling apart. It will only get worse before Jesus returns as predicted in the bible. We are looking everywhere for someone to fix the world. Government, Politicians, etc… Look at what politician’s platforms are about… “fixing” things… taxes, budgets, healthcare… but the world cannot be fixed. But we can save our families, and others if we live on mission.
We work out to become stronger and stay in shape, but how much are we training spiritually?
Do you know bible basics,
10 commandments?
Books of the Bible?
The Lords Prayer?
How many verses do you have memorized?
I know I’m not where I need to be. I have a lot of work to do!
If we are not training spiritually, how can we spread the gospel, when we don’t even know it ourselves?
You must first make sure you yourself are saved. Then when you sit down at the table with your family, take a look around. YOU are responsible for saving your family as well! They are at YOUR table for a reason. Be the spiritual leader they need. Then take it a step further and look beyond your table to see who else needs a spiritual leader. Be that man.
Go to church, get involved in small groups, get your children in youth programs, encourage others to do the same.
You cannot loose. You win because of Jesus. Deliver His glory!
