Run to playground for

-max Merkins

-max block press

Head back to pk lot w/ block

A) Sprint is counter- down/back 3x 

B) Jump rope – rotate when sprinter is done

C) Squat thrust w/block – rotate when sprinter is done

 

Round 2 (6 min)

A) mountain climber is counter – 40x (1 is 1)

B) Heisman steps – rotate when MC is done

C) Over under – rocks or brick

 

Round 3 (6 min)

A) sprint is counter – down/back is 1

B) toe taps using curb – rotate when sprinter is done

C) Ladder / line step- rotate when sprinter is done

 

Round 4 (6 min)

A) Mountain Climber-counter – 40x and rotate when done

B) Heisman steps – rotate when done

C) Russian twist – 200 as a group
