14 Pax came, stretched, and tolerated Toxic this morning at Stretch Armstrong.
Moleskin:
45 minutes of pure stretch is a glorious thing in the gloom. Topgun, Die Hard, Grenade, Amen, Tantrum, Jedi, Omaha, Frogger, Ramrod, Red October, Moby Dick, and Toxic all got their stretch on with YHC attempting to Q.
Seeing grown men do the Frogger and Happy Baby Stretches is a photo opportunity for future shame, but our muscles still feel better as a result.
Jedi, Red October, and Ramrod joined us after their pre-standard run.
Tantrum hadn’t been back at Stretch Armstrong since being traumatized by The Force when he Q’d a “couples” version. He was brave to return.
It was good seeing Ramrod again as YHC hasn’t posted with him in a while.
We gave Blackbeard credit because he was beginning his parking lot walk post-stretch.
We ended today with Genesis 16:13, “You are the God who sees.” Remember gents that He is always with us.
It’s great to start the day off right in the prescience of F3 brothers.

-Pray for Moby Dick’s son, Sims, a who has a brain injury from a boating accident. Had to withdraw from school, can’t drive, and having vision issues. Pray for PT and recovery.
