FNG-1 – Hilton

7 studs made it out the week of the fourth for a midweek beatdown

Warmarama:

SSH, IST, Cherry Pickers, Wind Mills, Arm Circles

The Thang:

20 reps of the following exercises with dumbbells:

  • Squat Press
  • Reverse Arnolds
  • WWII Jabs
  • Boat Press
  • Bridge Bench
  • Bridge Fly
  • Overhead Pull Crunch

Moleskin:

  • Pax made it through several rounds of the above list.  Strong work men!
  • Great to see Conqueror and Hilton out!  
  • Hilton and Conqueror may both be in the dog fighting business…
  • Natty brought some solid tunes this am
