- Grip took no time to let Q know he's gaining ground on the 2022 workout count. Good work Grip…..about time you stepped up in the new year man.
- Heard on the course….."We need to get Mojito back in the mix." Full agreement with one comment that stood out from the rest…."Will be tough to break him away from his morning grooming routine."
- Lots of discussion about intentions vs actions. Started with Q's intention to make the Muscle Beach workout with no action to actually get there. Snowballed from there.
- You can put a "LB" in front of pretty much any F3 exercise……LB Merkins, LB squats, LB dips, etc etc. Hmmmmm
- Great work fellas. Prayers up for a few MIL's (Surf, Pinky) and thankfulness for our blessings.
