The weather is perfect for running.  Today, I developed a plan, specifically created for these 7 Pax to systematically break down certain muscle groups while building up the others.  It was designed to enable dynamic speed gainz whilst dialing in proper running form and best in class technique.  It was the plan to end all plans and will go down in history as the greatest that has never been.

Why you ask?  Because I made the fatal mistake of trusting Dallas.  As a recently accomplished runner, I trusted his advice to move to the Hough Track and unfortunatly it was locked.  There is nobody (other than Dallas) to blame for this but YHC.  And for that, I applogize.  Maybe next time we can revisit the plan of the year.

So instead, i just pointed at random places and the Pax ran to them and waited for me to do it again.  Eventually we ran about 4 miles and did it together.  Whatchugonnado???

All that being said, I enjoyed the 2ndF while running.  Great group, strong effort, and looking forward to seeing HalfLife on the regular as we start training for a big spring!  Bring your running friends, or your non-runnign friends (hai Black Eyed Pea) they may get faster, but they will certainly get stronger with the accountability and brotherhood we have to share.  Don't be afraid to share this gift! Somebody is praying for it!
