Started as a cold morning but quickly warmed up with this lineup..
Warm up – High knees, side skips, karaoke’s, and a nice little Indian run
- 20 – Side straddle hops
- 15 – Peter Parkers
- 10 – Burpees
Workout – Split the group into 2 groups
1st Group – Rocking training
- Squat with an over the head press
- Squat while driving the rock
- Curls
- Chair position while holding the rock
2nd Group –
- Bear Crawl around the restrooms (in case anyone had an Emergency)
- Inch Worm around the restrooms
- Lung with a jump around the restrooms
- Box Hops
Ended the madness with a Suicide with Burpees increased 1 at each stop
Audible
Suicide with a partner carry and a merkin for everyone at each stop and increase by 1
Circle up –
- Unsure of the excersise and was told but forgot already, old age. Flutter kicks, box cutter, 66 stepped in to help with one of his specialites and ended with the world war 2 sit-up…
I only wish Elchapo can show up on time… ha-ha
