7 @ Cobalt. Black Flag back in action and brought his neighbor Cornholio, who is originally from Iowa. So is Pinky. And Pinky is about to ride his bike across the state of Iowa along with Natty Lite. So, Iowa was strongly represented on Thursday.
Regular warm-up exercises. Main event was at boat launch parking lot. Launched from gazebo, ran to top of parking lot, then ran to bottom of lot at launch. Gazebo: 10 merkins, top: 15 abs, bottom: 20 squats. 4 x through.
Gazebo set: 15 x derkins, 15 x dips, 15 x step ups, 15 x abs. 3 rounds.
Indian Run back to clubhouse parking lot.
