IPC Week 0 at The Sword


Today marked the official beginning to IPC2020. These workouts are all designed to absolutely suck and push pax to their limits. 17 men decided to take on the challenge this morning. This is their story:

Warm-a-Rama

  • SSH x 25 IC
  • Carrot Puller x 10 IC
  • Toy Soldier x 10 IC
  • Windmill x 10 IC

The Iron Pax Thang

  • Squats x 50 
  • Big Boi Sit Ups x 40 
  • Mericans x 30
  • Bonnie Blairs x 20 (2:1)
  • Burpees x 10
  • 400M Run

Complete 4 rounds for time

Mary

  • Low Flutter x 20 IC
  • LBC x 20 IC
  • Mobility Minute

 

Moleskine

  • Strong work by all. YHC certainly got in the danger zone of spilling merlot but managed to keep it down.
  • Great to see guys at The Sword that don't make it out there often. You're always welcome back!
