It was a heck of a crowd this morning at BRP for Week 1 of the Iron Pax Challenge.
Thang: brief warm-up exercises to get the heart pumping and the hamstrings warmed-up before the challenge began.
3 burpees at the beginning and at the top of every minute until finished.
50 release release merkins, 100 leg raises, 150 2 scoop jump squats, 200 big boy situps, 250 lunges (easy count)
Moleskin:
- we got some 'hurry it up' encouragement (?) calls from the Halflife… and i think Beetle was even more motivated when they said he was dead to them now.
- About 5 of the pax present did the murph yesterday. Dang… that was either courageous or cavalier. I'll let you decide

- the EMOM timer head fakes were just for you, Waffle.
- Primo wisened up and stayed away from the coffee. Good plan, brother.
- M-16 kept his momentum going and took off right after he finished for church. Show off 😉
