IPC week #1 (mid-week version for those OOT this wknd)

PAX arrive to some overnight campers (clearly not wlecome in the neighborhood)

A balmy 73 has it feeling just right 

YHC informs the PAX (unwantingly) that a 30 minute pace calls for 28 reps per minute (includes burpees)

Let's do this.

3 Burpees (Begins Rd & EMOM timer)
50 Hand Release Release Merkins
100 Leg Raises
150 Jungle Boi Squats “2Spoonz Style”
200 Big Boy Sit-ups
250 Stationary Lunge Steps (count ea leg as 1 rep)

Scoring: Total elapsed time beginning with the 1st Burpee and ending with three burpees after the 250th lunge step.

Done and done.

-Zippy does his best Vortex impression mid rounds, only to have Kaz heckle him on whether or not he was still doing his burpees each minute.  Not a fun one to come out of retirement to so T-claps brother.

-Mater, the beast that he is (and searching for more backblast credit) is looking to do this God awful thing again while DR this weekend

-Kaczynski (the coverted prize of Trilogy cougardom) pushes the PAX as he always does and makes us stronger. 

-BBBroga boyz then show and see what they have coming Saturday.  Luckily it is supposed to be cooler.
