13 men showed up to finish the IPC craziness. FNG-1 = Ghost Rider (need to get him on the site). Toto did IPC Wk 4 solo and ended up with the best time out of the Denver crowd so thought I'd get him backblast credit. Way to kill it.

– Soggy conditions made this worse today. Energy level wasn't the highest amongst the PAX.
– Diesel quietly crushed this today and put in the best time – only for us to discover that Toto beat us by 3 minutes the night before (or so he says – we're waiting for video confirmation)
– Props to Ziploc for making all 4 weeks of IPC after what seemed to be an early retirement from workouts? Plus he was at the head of the pack the whole way
– Mater still can't believe he beat Clark's time last week
– Good to see Ghost Rider back out. Well – it was good to see everyone out – but Ghost Rider is new so we have to be extra nice to him for a bit…
– Missed Hefty as he nursed his (c)ankle. Sometimes CSAUPs really are stupid. Blame Fabio (who did zero IPC workouts… this year)
– YHC punted the music to Pandora which turned out to be a mistake. Lots of "what is this" comments during the workout. Still better than listening to old men wheeze (though 80s metal is kinda similar).
– Its official – YHC hates F3 Greenwood.
