Based on chatter on the Slack channel for The SweatShop, F3LKN’s Premier Nighttime Workout, YHC arrived at the Green intending to lead the group through the IronPax Challenge.  Upon finding only limited interest in this plan, we decided to split up and several did complete the challenge.  

Warmup – Warmup stuff
 
Mosey to Davidson College Stadium
  • Part 1 – Crawling King Snake – Regular stadium snake except raccoon crawl the top bench in every even numbered section.
  • Part 2 – On the Track
    • Mosey the first curve – 20 hand release mericans at the goal line
    • Sprint to the far goal line – 20 hand release mericans and 15 WW2 situps
    • Mosey the curve – 20 hand release mericans, 15 WW2 situps, and 10 squats
    • Sprint to the far goal line
  • Part 3 – Storm the Stadium 
    • 5 burpees on the track, climb over the wall, and run up the bleachers for ten squats.
    • Repeat for a total of five sets
  • Part 4 – Back to the track for another lap.  Similar to Part 2 but dropped the mericans after the first stop and the situps after the second stop.
  • Part 5 – Bonus Round…Merican Pyramid
    • Line up along the stadium wall near midfield.
    • Regular merican x 3 IC on the track.  Move feet up to the first shelf on the wall for 3 incline IC.  Move feet to the top of the landing for 3 more IC.  Back down to the shelf for 3 IC.  Finish back on the track for a final 3 mericans IC. 
  • Back to the Green
