2nd workout in 2 weeks in Mt Pleasant. This one was a stationary “no running” promised AO and it delivered. The Q and neighbors arriving pulling a large wagon full of about 15 KBs of varying weights, 2 battle ropes, rubber mats and insect repellent.
It was a Tabata KB workout at a park near the water, and The Belt got another pic for the tour.
Also awesome to be able to lift up Mom in prayer to the F3Charleston pax and let her know how many guys in that region are praying for her.
Also lifted up Ultraman and his family after losing his mother this week, as well as the CLT Police Force and those impacted by the terrible events this week.
