2 brave Pax met me at THE Meat Locker for this 7th day of July Beatdown. We arre 7 days into the July Burpee challenge so burpees were on my mind. A couple of weeks ago, YHC sad clowned and thought that this would be a great day to repeat that routine so that the PAX could experience it. Here's how it went.
Warmup?

- right over left
- left over right
- 10 toy soldiers IC
- 10 goof balls IC
- arm circles
- 19 Grady Corns IC (cause YHC apparently forgot how to count)
Beatdown
Travel the perimeter of the parking lot stopping at the 4 corners to do the following
- Lap 1 – 7 hand release merkins
- lap 2 – 14 lunges (2 is 1)
- lap 3 – 21 shoulder taps (2 is 1)
- lap 4 – 28 squats
- lap 5 -21 burpees (crowd pleaser)
- lap 6 – 14 jump squats
- lap 7- 7 merkins
Mary
- 30 LBCs OYO
- 15 pretzel crunches each leg OYO
Revover, Recover
Reflection
7 is often thought of as a lucky number. Today we want to be thankful for the things we are lucky to have. Family, Friends, Health, Hot Dog carts, and most importantly Jesus Christ.

YHC tried to help the Pax get caught up on their burpees and they were thankful.
Crabby Patty asked Mater on his first set of burpees if he had done them all, in which he replied, "No, but I saw Dolittle was done so I moved on!"
I kept my promise Crabby that there would be no running as we only got 1.5 miles in, which he says makes up for what we didn't do yesterday
