Mosey around birkdale to get our warmup on and end up at the foundations in front of the theater. Leveraging my learnings from Q School

Time to leverage the foundation
– Dips x 15 in cadence
– Step Ups x 20 OYO
– Incline Merkins x 15 in cadence
– Squats x 20 OYO
Head to the side of the theater wall to yell at the 4-Banger group as they run by. People's chair why a PAX bear crawls to the middle island and runs back. Next Pax calls out a workout
Back to the foundation to a repeato
– Dips x 15 in cadence
– Step Ups x 20 OYO
– Incline Merkins x 15 in cadence
– Squats x 20 OYO
Next we head to the hill. Goat lead us in a ladder and then Rodeo. At the end of the Rodeo ladder we did Jack Webbs 1/4 up to 5/20 and then back down.
Another mosey around the parking lot, had to make sure Camelback smelled the BBQ and then we came back to 2 minutes of mobility.
