3 Pax and 1 FNG converged on Mustang to do some early morning work. FNG turns out to be Shakeweight, who is not a FNG, but hasn’t been to a bootcamp in a while. Great to have him back out.

the last lap we did a combination of catch me if you can and indian run. Pax 1 drops and does 10 merkins, runs to back of indian run line and tags Pax 2, then goes to front of line. Pax 2 repeats what Pax 1 did. All Pax did this for a total of 2 reps each.

Clark discussed an unfortunate injury to a friend. Show to know
Mater was ready to Q the workout. He didn’t read my post last night. He did read the poll thinking I signed up for the Q on the 18th, but that was actually for Bourbon night.
Clark and Mater don’t like going in the same direction, so we alternated which way we ran each lap.
Shakeweight got 3+ miles on his rest day. Iron Sharpens Iron
