Sorry for the delay, gents. I have plenty of excuses, but that’s all they are.
7 men posted at HT Antiquity for some #MATH-inspired exercise. But what they got was some Colonel-inspired exercise. We worked on the Phonetic alphabet and achieved proficiency, at least as a group. There were some exercises interspersed at the launch point, police station, Cain Center, and Cornelius Elementary School. Lots of chest, pullups, core, shoulders (via balls to the wall), quads (people’s chair & jump-ups), and cardio (plyometrics & running about 2 miles).
Thanks for following me for a few minutes and keep practicing the phonetic alphabet. You never know when you’ll need it.
