6 Showed at Caribou where the PB had designated as the launch. 2 PAX are old school and went to Summit. So 8 total for the Murph this month. Upon arrival at Birkdale clubhouse a brand spanking new Shovel Flag was evident and looked fabulous. Thanks to our Nantan for insisting we get flags for the AO’s that didn’t have one. Happy to say that Arnie’s now has an official shovel flag…who wants to be MQ? It comes with a flag.

It was warm…first morning I can remember in a while sweating like this. Great work done by all. But will throw out a couple special recognitions here.

Kudos to Dingo who has moved to Davidson but continues to be a regular at Arnie’s and even made the trip for Murph Monday. We love having you and appreciate the extra effort you make to remain connected to Isotope.

I finally got the chance to meet Centerfold in person. I had heard a bunch about him and he lived up to the hype. We’re always glad to have new PAX join our merry band of misfits, even if they have to read about it in a Publication featuring a picture of Gambini. 

Also so great to see Estwing this morning. After completing his first half marathon recently he noticed his previously buff physique had turned to a “runner’s build” ewwww. Today’s workout will help with that. We can’t have a group of guys claiming to workout all the time with runner’s arms. Great to see you again. 

The other pax who attended are what I’d refer to as “the usual suspects”, not that there’s anything wrong with that. Tuffy, JB, Auto, Greyhound and myself try to make it to Arnie’s with some regularity.

It’s a privilege to be a part of F3 here and glad we had the chance to push ourselves this morning.
