Warm Up:

20 SSH
Lap around parking lot

The Thang:

Start at bottom of bleachers
Box jump up to top step
20 Calf raises
Burpee Tuck jumps ladder starting with one per step to five per steps
10 dips on bottom step
That is 105 total burpees
Mosey around track
Plank at end of track and take turns running to the 50 yd line. Run to one side then the other

6 MOM:

Mosey to short hill by bleachers
Start with 10 LBC at top and run to fence and back. Then 9 LBC done to 1
