We ran the Birkdale Commons Pkwy to Brentfield to Devonshire loop. We stopped for various pain stations to include:
*Burpees
*Squats
*Carolina Dry Docks
*Planks
*Merkins
-We got rained on but no one seemed to mind too much.
-We performed some pigeon stretches post-run because I am a Q that cares.
-Lonestar was a minute early vs a minute late.
-Tantrum really wanted to do some slippery dip cans so we did.
