So I sat down the night before to write out this workout. The creative juices just were not flowing. To stimulate the mind, I started reading old back blasts from various AOs. I also got the 2.0 involved. We crafted the greatest workout ever, at least on paper…and in my mind. Well, 14 unsuspecting PAX rose up to the challenge. Lots of mumble chatter in the process.
