We had 10 this morning which was awesome to see. Thanks to all for coming out.
We had some jack rabbits that kept the pace up……with us slow guys having to try to keep up
YHC mis-counted the number of merkins. We had an extra 20 (120 total merkins)……
Today we were……..cutting the gut "Scrappy style"
Baraster (sp?) from the Highlands was in attendance. It's always great to have pax from outside the LKN area come join us at JAVA (he was one of the jack rabbits)! I could not get his name to register in the PAX listing….not sure why??
Frogger and Baraster are looking for one person to join them in a running event at the Whitewater Center. Sounded like a 24 hour deal. Frogger said he would rub your back after each leg of your run! I'm just sayin…….
Great to have Osh Kosh out with us after a 3 week stint in Nepal.
Scap Iron, No Rope, Raven, Klean up, Callahan, Baraster and Frogger were very fast this morning! Pretty much left me, Lonestar and Osk Kosh in the dust (but still at a 9 min pace for us slow folks).
