Mayhem saved YHC from a sad clown workout at Bedrock on Saturday morning and the two of us managed a solid beatdown. Plenty of time was spent in the track where we alternated between laps and sets of merkins, squats and lunges. 100 yards of alternating runs (including backwards, side stepping and sprints) were performed across the field. After nearly two miles of work on the track we moseyed over to the school for a change of scenery. We hit the dog agility course and peoples chair, praying mantis and calf raises against the wall. To wrap things up we sprinting from the bottom of k2 up to the playground. There we finished with pull ups and more squats.
2.7 total miles were covered for a significant cardio / calorie burn.
it was a great morning and a nice opportunity for some one on one time with Mayhem! Always honored for the opportunity to be among Isotopes finest to start the day!
