-Stretch during 1 minute warning

Lonestar arrived on time so we commenced to mosey.

The Thang:

Our mosey yielded ~3.1ish Miles in with 4 pain stations consisting of ‘Mericanators and LBCs peppered in. There was a small breeze in the air, and less humidity, so it helped us push through. We did 60 ‘Mericanators and 200 LBCs along the way. We even wove in some mobility moments.

Recover, Recover never sounded better

The Pax got it done today! They were all hard chargers in the gloom. No man was left behind. What better way to start the day by being with F3 brothers and ending in a COT.
