YHC didn't have any plans going into the mornings beatdown, but a master Q has to provide for the pax, so we set the kettlebells aside and took a little stroll to Fission to let Cousin Eddie Q for us. Turns out it was a bit further than expected.

With detours and having to chase down the pax at Fission we got in just under 4 miles. The hill in the back of GCC is going to be a butt kicker when it is finished and has some grass. Hells ascent got a bit more hellish
