- Welcome FNG Mark Ceasar, now known as F3 Anchovy. It won't get easier but you will get stronger. He had no problem jumping in on the 4 miler…strong work brother and welcome
- The usual crew was out to relaunch GAGA…Freepass, Jenny, Poptart, Big Montana…all out doin' their thang
- Good to have Garcia and Burnsy out pushin' pace…looking strong off the MBM
- Turnpike was there to remind us about Q School this Saturday from 0600-0800 at Richard Berry Park…BE THERE!
- Dingo & Gracie always running strong until one of them has to stop for a code brown
- Good to see Breakfast Club out ahead of the pack…strong run and even stronger bringing an FNG…BOOM!
- Good work Gypsy on the 7 mile option w/o a watch…always top notch 2ndF
- Grape Ape stayed to smash the pax in GAGA…he won today
- Honored to run with and lead such a great group of men this morning. Thanks to Calypso for starting up GAGA a couple years ago and to the pax for the constant encouragement and motivation. You all inspire me to be a better person. Until the next time…
