- Shoulder Touch Merkins x 12 IC
- Burpree x 1
- Run up 2 ramps and back down to kettlebells
- Repeato of all exercises above, eliminating the last exercise each round until we eliminated them all, therefore total counts were:

- Full Curls x 72 IC
