Mary:

  • Twister – Low Flutters x 15 IC

Moleskin:  

  • It was clear and cold this am, practically a full moon also.   Both of these may have influenced the amount of fart sacking this am.  
  • Pax thought about skipping workout and getting breakfast…but it was Go time baby!
  • Twister had the wheels this morning with the sprints.
  • No repetitive use injuries this am, no exercise was repeated.
  • Crab walks and bear crawls were discussed but unanimously discarded from workout.
  • Good to get the blood pumping this am to start out the week.  Great working out with you this am, Twister!
  • Prayers for Surf and Turf and his wife for a healthy beautiful baby girl and an easy, perfect delivery.
