YHC never saw Jorel – but glad he joined us (at some point)!
YHC downloaded my first running app and mapped my first run, and probably coined my first running term. Not the out-and-back, not the loop – both those exist as separate entities already. But the out and back loop might be new…
So we ran out, took some turns, did a loop of a part of the greenway, then came back the way we went out. Sounds like an out and back loop to me.
In all it was 4.25 miles (ish). Ping may not have left the neighborhood for fear of the greenway adding on another 3 miles to his run unexpectedly.
That’s it. We ran, we sweated and now we got credit.
