Alternate 30 sec Merkins / 30 sec Mountain Climbers for 3 mins

Jump Rope for 1min

Set #2:

Alternate 30secs of Frog Jumps/ 30 secs of Freddie Mercurys for 2 mins

SSH x 50

15 Burpees

Set #3

Alternate 30 secs plank / 30 secs of Mason Twists for 3 mins

15 lunge jumps on each leg

Post #4

Alternate 30 sec hanging knee raises / 30 secs of Merkins for 2 mins

Bear Crawl for 1 min

Cool down with 1.65 mile run.

Moleskin:

  • Great turnout for a Momentum Monday!  
  • Solid work Men!  About 2.65 miles plus some good reps put in.
  • Set #1 was everyone's favorite.  My arms were shaking like jello with the final merkins/ mountain climbers.  Thought I might fall on my face and need to see a dentist…
  • Sounds like good times on the lake this weekend for Pinky and Slow Roll.  Slow Roll chilling on Pontoon, I'm sure Pinky was surfing…
  • Surf and Turf made another entrance with a run, this time staying for the workout, then runs home.  This added another 1.5 miles to the workout he got this am.  Stud!
  • Pinky going to the upcoming NC State / Florida State game in Tallahasee.  El Tigre and Surf and Turf going to upcoming UNC / APP game.  
  • Good luck to Slow Roll with his upcoming half marathon in Ballantyne.  Rock it bro!
