SSH x 50
15 Burpees
Set #3
Alternate 30 secs plank / 30 secs of Mason Twists for 3 mins
15 lunge jumps on each leg
Post #4
Alternate 30 sec hanging knee raises / 30 secs of Merkins for 2 mins
Bear Crawl for 1 min
Cool down with 1.65 mile run.

- Surf and Turf made another entrance with a run, this time staying for the workout, then runs home. This added another 1.5 miles to the workout he got this am. Stud!
