3 Studs appeared to get some work done at Muscle Beach

Warmorama:

SSH x 25, WM x 15, TS x 15, IST x15, Run a lap around parking lot

The Thang:

9 stations were set up with 2 exercises at each station.  Pax did 10 reps of each exercise at each station two times before moving to the next station.  (40 Reps at each station)

  1.  Dead Lift Row / W's – 55lb Kettlebell
  2.  Bench Press / Mason Twists – 35lb Kettlebells
  3.  Curls/ Plank Rows -25lb Dumbbells
  4.  Clean Press/ Leg Lifts- 40lb Sandbag
  5.  Squats/ Box Cutters – 60lb Sandbag
  6.  Bent Flys/ WWII's – 15lb Dumbbells
  7.  Scaption/ Crunchy Frogs – 10lb Dumbbells
  8.  Step Ups/ LBC's – 45lb Kettlebells
  9.  Ball Bench Press/ American Hammers 30lb Kettlebells

After completing the above, pax did a round of the stations without the ab exercises.  (only the first exercise at each station)
