The Thang:
9 stations were set up with 2 exercises at each station. Pax did 10 reps of each exercise at each station two times before moving to the next station. (40 Reps at each station)
- Dead Lift Row / W's – 55lb Kettlebell
- Bench Press / Mason Twists – 35lb Kettlebells
- Curls/ Plank Rows -25lb Dumbbells
- Clean Press/ Leg Lifts- 40lb Sandbag
- Squats/ Box Cutters – 60lb Sandbag
- Bent Flys/ WWII's – 15lb Dumbbells
- Scaption/ Crunchy Frogs – 10lb Dumbbells
- Step Ups/ LBC's – 45lb Kettlebells
- Ball Bench Press/ American Hammers 30lb Kettlebells

After completing the above, pax did a round of the stations without the ab exercises. (only the first exercise at each station)
