Started out the morning with a good Warma Rama and tried to really warm up the legs for the pain to come.

The Thang :
Pax moseyed over to the traffic circle and off to the side street to perform some jump training with some sprints in betwen.
Round 1 (each exercise is a minute long )
Jump Squats
Run Squats
Over the river (a single leg jump across the grass part of a curb )
3* sprints
Round 2 ( each exercies is a minute long ) ————-
Star Jumps
Peoples Chair
Over the River (Legs together)

Basketball Jumps (touch the ground then try and get your basketball vertical)
single leg hops (one right side and one left side)
