Reflection:

Sometimes we want to give up.  Most of the songs I used today inspire us to never give up.  And here are a couple verses to give you strength and perseverance.

1 Timothy 6:11-12
11 But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness.  12 Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

Psalm 46:1 (KJV)
46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Moleskin:
?- So despite my best preperations, the devil decided my music would not be played on the boom box.  Frustrated Q, has to punt and use cell phone.  Not as affective, but we still made it happen…. Stupid flash drive…
– Squats during Song 2 were a crowd pleaser.
?- "Eye of the Tiger" is not a Christian song, yes, I know.  But best song to run up steps to.
?- Doublecheck throws out some painful stuff during his turn at Mary-go-round
?- The cat is still alive
