Moleskin:
We were road warriors today! Put in 3.5miles in total, great time to catch up with the guys. Did 60 mericans and 60 squats, 20 burpees also….several burps included as well! After the burpees, we ran into Oktoberfest who had been running the neighborhood to find us….He didn't think we would finish in time, I think he ran a 5 minute mile on the last mile. That gave us time for mary.. Thanks to Oktoberfest and Arizona for help in Mary. Great workout today and strong effort by all! Great way to start the day!
