AO

BEFORE STUFF:

Knowing that my two regulars were downrange, many pax were running, and the temperature dropped precipitously, I was prepared for a solo (read: "lame") workout at Bailey Road Park, but with scant seconds to spare, a little pickup came scooting around the bend, hauling the one and only Hippie to ensure that I was no longer going to be able to coast through this workout.

DURING STUFF:

We started with a few warmups of the usual Jersey Boy variety: girl fights, bear squats, etc.

We segued into the "Screen Pass" which is just tossing the Frisbee while running—good fun and a good warmup for a (literally) freezing morning. Hippie has mad disc skills. . .
Fremantle on Twitter: "Did you know that Who Knew? was the top gameshow launch in Germany for 8 years! Great work @UFA_ShowFactual https://t.co/rbbfYw64Ay"

Then we did a bunch of exercises—some of which only known to those pax lucky enough to endure a JB workout: Sheryl Sandbergs, wall climbers, I'm not worthy's. . .

Then we ran around the track and found the little rocks at the top of the stairs for some high-rep-count, variable-muscle-head exercises that left their mark the next day.

Back to the pavilion for some Mary's, then another five minutes of Screen Pass because some of us really like Frisbee.

AFTER STUFF:

Hippie took us out with an Easter-themed COT and he was off for a bike ride with his visiting daughter while I sailed off for Birkdale Starbucks to join the stragglers.

Thanks for showing up, Hippie! If you hadn't, I would have been in worse shape and way less entertained!
