It’s wasn’t a Dry Sauna


It was hot.  It was humid.  And we worked out anyways.

9 men arrived to get a good start to their days.

We grabbed the weights from Carpet Bagger's truck and moseyed to the theater.

THE THANG

we moseyed to the parking lot and lined up at the south end.

  • zamporini to the end of the lot

and them we did it again and a third time.

we decided to take a break and do a mobility moment.

with the PAX rested, we did 3 people's chairs with weights on the theater wall, moseyed back to the AO, did Mary, and recover recover.
