Q called an audible the night before and we moved Momentum Monday to the dry confines of the Overlook neighborhood gazebo. Four men braved the elements for repetitions and a lot of ab work.
Warm it up:
- Side straddle hop 25x IC
- Cotton pickers 10x IC
- Merkins 10x IC
- Nancy Kerrigan 10x IC each leg
- Scorpion Merkin 10x IC each leg
Circuit: Four rounds through six stations. After a circuit was completed, mixed in burpees. First round was 20 reps per station, then 15, then 10, and then 5
- Dumbbell 20 lb
- Row with 60lb sand bag
- Skull crushers with 35 lb kettle ball
- Dips
- Lateral raise with 8 lb dumbbells
- Derkins
Mary:
- Marge to Homer 5x with 5 count down

- Practice makes perfect on Nancy Kerrigans. PAX held their balance much better than last week.
- Slow Roll was please with the number of burpees, but not too keen on the amount of ab work
- A lot of grunts when we were shifting from Flutter to Rosalita.
- Twister pushed through the ab work.
- Surf got creative with his Surf Special
