The Thang

Workout started on the North Goal Line.  10 exercises with a cinder block, followed by a run.  The 10:

  • Overhead Press

  • Declined Merkin (feet on the cinder block)

  • Bent-over Row

  • Skull Crusher

  • Curl

  • Lawn Mower (each arm)

  • Mason Twist (In cadence)

  • Squat

  • Calf Raise

  • Burpee

 

Round 1: 15 reps, run to the 10 yard line and back

Round 2: 14 reps, run to the 20 yard line and back

Round 3: 13 reps, run to the 30 yard line and back

Round 4: 12 reps, run to the 40 yard line and back

Round 5: 11 reps, run to the 50 yard line and back

Round 6: 11 reps, run to the far 40 yard line and back

Round 7: 9 reps, run to the far 30 yard line and back

Round 8: 8 reps, run to the far 20 yard line and back

Round 9: 7 reps, run to the far 10 yard line and back
