Java 10-14


Curious to see who would show up in the gloom since I had promised no merkins and that if you wanted them to either go somewhere else or get them in before or after. 

10 Pax showed up to my surpise. 

The Route for the day was going to be the 4 banger to see if we could get a little more running in than pain stations as we would shoot for 4 miles as opposed to the traditional 3.1 miles.

Then we took off on the 4 banger route along the greenway towards Westmoreland.

Route Audible called and instead we explored the new section of greenway until our GPS hit just over 2 miles.

Then we headed back the way we came. 

A total of 4 miles was achieved along with no merkins or burpees. 

Note: As soon as i saw some of the pax assume the position for merkins I immediately called an end to Java. No mutiny and no credit for merkins at this workout. 

Appreciate the opportunity to lead today's Java workout and thankful for the pax that showed and the fellowship we all had during our morning workout.
