Warm-Up: Traditional
SSH, IST, LS, Cossack Sq, Catcher pose with rotation, Side step butt kicks, Pogos single/double.
After warm up ran and stopped 5 times for BW exercises, combos of; mericans, squats, Hungarians, Bulgarians, Romanians, and Czechoslovakians.
Finished with a quick round of twister.
A little over our 5k goal but everyone better for it.
