Our workout started with Sudz commenting just before the warm up saying the bright lights of the movie theater made him look fat. This was his observation not ours……but I guess we all agreed!

We had a decent pace on each leg set by Taglees, Crab Legs, Omar and River Boat. This had Sudz commenting once again…..but this time on the pace!

3.2 mile run this morning per Outlaws non GPS watch

It was a nice relatively cool morning but we ran into periodic pockets of warm air. Usually warm air pockets are a clear sign Axel is in front of you……but Axel was not with us this morning so it left us all a bit puzzled 

February 29th is the 5K & 10K race in Davidson

As we all convined outside for coffee it started to drizzle. YHC took the initiative to open the (2) umbrellas in an effort to keep the pax dry. Only to have both Outlaw and Goat box out YHC with their chairs leaving him in the rain. A move that both really enjoyed!

We did see the "fast guys" (or flat bellies as I like to say) this morning for a brief fly by…….good to have a large group of F3 men out this morning getting their run on!

Thanks to Full Moon for allowing me the opportunity to take one the most demanding Q's F3 has to offer.

This may have been the first workout I ever Q'd where I did not finish with the famous "Crunchy Frog"…..Hmmmmm

You guys all inspire me each and every time we workout…..for that I say……Thank You!
