Run one loop. Ran to Bridgeton, then down to Townley and back around to the Birkdale theater which is about .75 miles.
Completed this loop 4 times with pain stations in between with a mixture of merkins, LBCs, Dry docks and Freddy mercury.
It's always funny to hear Frogger say he is going to take it easy. Then he runs a 7:36 pace! Of course 98 degrees wasn't far behind him.
Good to see Spaulding and The Count come out.
