Mosey to the Birkdale pool at teh end of Strandhill for warmarama. SSH x 15, IST x10, long snappers x10, windmill x10.
Run to the end of Strandhill and back (half mile). 10 merkins, 20 LBC
Repeato! Run to the end of Strandhill and back. 10 wide merkins, 15 Freddy Mercury
Slow mosey to end of Bridgeton Ln. Run down Bridgeton Ln to Townley and back. 10 wide merkins, 15 heels to heaven
Repeato! Run down Bridgeton Ln to Townley and back. 10 man maker merkins, 15 Rosalitas.
Slow mosey to the park on Bridgeton then 2 laps around the park. 10 hand release merkins.
Run to home base! Finished with 15 merkins and let Stromboli finish us out with you know it…..the crunchy frog.

Frogger had to take a pitstop at the bushes at warmarama…. was a little weird hearing him count in cadence as we were doing our warm ups and he was doing………
Kudos to Slingshot for doing a solo "warmup" standard of 1.5 miles before Java.
Soprano pulled a Lonestar by coming in hot at 5:31. Good thing we are used to not starting until 5:31
Tagless was in the front (as usual) but did have Einstein and Riverboat pushing him. According to Einstein they were running a 5 minute pace at some point (and still couldn't catch him).
This was Stromboli's first Java in eight months and he ran strong at a 9:32 pace!
That might be the flattest Java run we have done so far with only an elevation change of 37 feet!
