Java is a great AO and proud men showed for mutual benefit. So after the Java elders voluntold Grenade he was Q, they no showed… They know who they are and they have some work to do to balance that karma/pride bomb. I'm the ghost writer for the story at Grenades request. His soccer arms just didn't have much left in them after the sprints today. 3.4 mi out the Greenway to w. Moreland and back through Robbins Tree community. Usual pain stations and also some intervals as we sprinted under the lights along West Moreland. That's a solid workout.
