Run about .75 mile down the greenway for the first pain station. 20 merkins, 15 LBCs
Run to 1.5 mile marker on greenway for 2nd pain station. 20 wide merkins, 20 rosalitas
Run back to whenst we came at same stop for 3rd pain station. 20 diamond merkins, 15 heels to heaven
Cut last run in half and stop under the bridge for 4th pain station. 20 regular merkins, 15 Freedy Mercuries
Run to start of greenway for 5th pain station. 20 wide merkins, 15 low dolly
Run back to home base!

We were teased by Don Ho and Hoodie showing up at the beginning just to be told they were running on their own. They did finish at COT after going a little over 5 miles.
