Had a little chatter and reminded folks to grab there keys with some with a perplexed look on their face. I assume those with a perplexed look on their face didn't look at the PB posted with the special instructions and a picture which should have clued them in.
With keys in hand or tucked away in shorts we took off for he Birkdale Golf course parking lot were we did a little warm-up. Omega kept running in circles to keep his core temp up on this cold morning as the Pax circled up which he remained consistent with each pain stations stop. Callahan took me to school on my intro to WWII's. After a quick reminder to ensure everyone has their keys we left the lot for our primary destination.
Once we arrived we did our best to keep the chatter low to not wake the Melan family and began the "Mucho Chesto" process with 15 regular mercans and after that some ab work. After that we took our keys out and gave a little jingle in honor of Schneider and the namesake then a brief moment of silence.
We make the journey back from here to the AO. But with a few stops along the way. Swung by the parking lot one more time for some wide 14 mercans and other fun stuff and confirming no keys were left behind from the wamrorama there initially.
Next on the list is everyone's favorite Victoria Secrets! We conducted some Monkey Humpers and some 14 Diamond mercans to finish up the "Mucho Chesto" then off to the Theater and to our surprise is still closed for business so we decided to do some stretches before wrapping it up for the morning.
Special thanks to Joel for his assist and to Ditka for reminding me of the "Mucho Chesto" in an old BB he did. Also a big thanks to all those that showed up and put up with my shenanigans 🙂
Remember we do not know what each of us may be going thru and to look out for each other and check in with folks you may have not seen for a while or don't be afraid to ask questions if you see one of your fellow brothers seem not to be doing well or are to well as sometimes extreme emotional swings can be a indicator.
