– Caboose cringed at the words The Murph but found out there's a greenway as a result
– Amen kept Our form perfectly with sloooow squats
– Mr. Burns still did not run slow
– Hambone drove a long way and is deceptively fast
– Billy Bob tried to escape the Murph, but didn't
– Ramrod led by example
– YHC was honored to have friends spend my Birthday with me
The reason I chose the Murph is because it is a great litmus test to see if you are getting better (and because it is easy… to plan).
F3 and the spirit of it is something everyman needs. Don't be guilty of holding it back from someone that needs it.
