I believe the last time I Q'd the Wilderness was during the QvQ competition. It has been a while so I jumped on the calendar and took charge of a great AO and a dependable group of men. Here is what we did
Warm Up on the basketball court
SSH, Wind Mill, IST, Carrot Puller, Mountain Climber
The Thang:
Run to Queen's Corner and do LBC until the six shows up
LBC for the Group
Freddy Mercury
Dying Cockroach
Run to Rock Pile, grab a rock and Zamporini to the traffic circle
20 curls, 20 bent over rows, 20 shoulder press
Run a lap and do curb kickers until six shows up
Curb kickers for the group
20 skull crushers, 20 chest press, 20 curls
Run a lap and do curb kickeers until six shows up
Curb kickers for the group
Zamporini to rock pile, put rock back and run to Queen's Corner
LBC, Freddy Mercury, Dying Cockroach
Run to circle in the parking lot
20 CDD, 20 Squats, 20 Merkins, 20 Flutter Kick
Run to far basketball goal and back
Repeato
Repeato
Repeato with 10 reps
Line up and sprint to end of the parking lot – 2x
Recover Recover
This is a great group of men that consistently show up no matter who is Q'ing! There is way too much traffic at Queen's Corner that early in the morning. Waiting on the six = waiting on the Q! Too many people missed The Vern this week so I had to bring a version of it into this workout.
